Severed Hose or Pipeline Shutoff Safety Excess Flow Valve Shuts Off the Line When a Hose or Pipeline is Severed Down Stream. Many sizes from Carrier Gases in Laboratories to Large Sizes for Refineries, Chemical Processing, Semiconductor Industry, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Food Plants.
Field Resettable Unique features include in-field externally adjustable setting or resetting of trip point. This allows avoidance of nuisance trips when fluid properties change, change from design flow, varing flow rates and seasonal fluctuations.
Integral Reset Valve Option Optional integral reset valve makes for easier installation. Reset valve rebalances line pressure and allow Safety Excess Flow Valve to Reset after the Condition has been Rectified. Optional Bleed Hole allows automatic resetting of tripped valve.
Differential Pressure Switch Option Optional differential pressure switch is optional and gives feedback to control system that the valve has been tripped. This can help with immediate safety shutdown sequence of related equipment, mitigating impact of the occurence.
